Whether exploring the city for historical interests, escaping for a romantic getaway, or spending quality time with family, this home is well-equipped to provide you with everything you need for a hassle-free retreat.
This peaceful gem has comfort, style, and ambiance for a relaxing stay. The home boasts an array of cozy niche spaces: An inviting secret garden perfect for your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening, as well as a private covered carport for outdoor games or comfortable outdoor seating and dining options complete with patio lighting for ambiance.
Guests have private use of the mini manor, with access through the back building only, accessible via the driveway. The shaded back deck and laundry facility are shared spaces for guests in THE MOODY MANOR. Parking for guests is restricted to the carport and driveway with enough parking for 2 vehicles. *Please note entry to the home through the front door or lanai door is restricted.

We are two best friends and partners in different business ventures. Our first goal was to find a vacation home in Florida for our own families, but as we grew to love St. Augustine, we thought why not share it with others? Tony is a Florida native and Martine was born and raised in Montana. We both share a love for travel... Traveling is life!
We have frequented many global short-term rentals as guests, and believe we could create a space that makes any guest experience a home away from home- while still on vacation. Our home is furnished by many of the wonderful local shops, and we hope that you adore the home as much as we do.
